Governing the Feminist Peace: The Vitality and Failure of the Women, Peace and Security Agenda

A book launch for IHSS Fellow Dr Paul Kirby (School of Politics and International Relations) and Professor Laura Shepherd's (University of Sydney/ London School of Economics) Governing the Feminist Peace (Columbia University Press, 2024). 

Governing the Feminist Peace is a new history of the Women, Peace and Security agenda, examining the contentious politics of feminist governance over two decades.

Professor Sophie Harman (QMUL) will chair, and Professor Laura Sjoberg (Royal Holloway) will offer critical remarks.

All are welcome. 

The event is organised by the Gender Research Group in the School of Politics and International Relations.
