Autumn semester students are free to leave the University after the end of the teaching semester in December, but housing is available to those living on campus through until the end of the Christmas holiday period if needed, and is charged in accordance with this (see housing contract for more details).

The end date outlined on the offer letter for Autumn semester offer holders will be in January of the following year, to take in to account the assessment submission period.

** Students are required to remain at the University until assessments for all their courses have been completed and should not make any arrangements for leaving before they know the dates of their examinations. The exam timetable is published towards the end of the Spring semester.
