The ITS Research group provide computing facilities, support and resources to assist researchers in performing cutting-edge research at Queen Mary. We offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of researchers across the three faculties as well as the Life Sciences Institute.

We provide support for the exceptional IT requirements of researchers complementing and augmenting those offered by the other areas of IT Services, particularly in the area of High-Performance Computing.

If you want to know more about how we can support your research IT needs, our Research Consultants are here to help you from the conception of an idea right through to the publication of results by helping you to:

• Plan and provision of your IT requirements (e.g. costing your IT specification for research grant proposals);
• Design and select your computational protocols and appropriate tools;
