Hardware Procurement and Disposal

This page describes the process for requesting a device, the recommended options and guidance on disposal.

To order hardware please gain authorisation from your line manager and raise a ticket via the self-service portal or by contacting the Service Desk. Please refer to the IT Equipment Approvers for a list of staff from your department who can authorise IT equipment requests.

If you have any hardware that needs to be safely and securely disposed of, then please do so via IT Services. Please raise a ticket and a member of the Campus Support Services team will be able to collect the hardware from your location. Further information be found here.
