Service Description 

This application allows QMUL staff and students to directly log IT and Library issues or submit IT requests without needing to contact the Service Desk. It also provides information about planned and unplanned IT service outages, along with links to FAQs and related documents.

There is no cost to the user for this service.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
