Visit our email support pages to learn more about the features available in Office 365. It includes useful information on how to use the scheduling assistant for meeting invites, delegating calendars and creating automatic out-of-office messages.
We provide ‘Sympa’ for staff. It is a tool anyone can use to create and manage email discussions and distribution lists. The system allows you to join as well as to be added to several lists. For more information visit: www.lists.qmul.ac.uk/

However, occasionally genuine emails can be defined as ingenuine by the filter. Therefore, we compiled all you need to know about junk mail into the following page: https://www.qmul.ac.uk/its/support/self-help/email_setup/junk/index.html
