SITS (MySIS)

Service Description:  SITS is the college’s Student Records Management system which handles all pertinent data over the student lifecycle and holds the defined framework of the QMUL Academic Model. Initial enquiry, Admissions, Module Selection, Assessment, Progression, Award, Graduation are all contained within SITS.
Appropriately authorised staff has access to a SITS client interface. The Registry, Processes and Data Quality Team must authorise access before IT Services gives physical access to the SITS Client.

MySIS is the web interface to SITS and is available to Applicants, Students & Staff.
Access to MySIS is with a username & password. All new Applicants will be sent a username & password via email. Students & Staff use their QM IT account, this account is issued to all new students at enrolment and to staff when they first join their department.

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Support Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm excluding bank holidays and college closure days
