User accounts, passwords and access

Service Description:  IT Services provide a centralised account administration for staff and students. This service includes issuing new accounts, enabling and disabling existing accounts, unlocking and password resets. ITS will also be able to provide access to shared folders and increase the quota for personal or shared storage.

ITS accounts enable access to QMUL mailboxes, Wi-Fi (Eduroam), shared network folders and many more.
