How to access services
Below is a table of applications that are available to users without the need for VDI or Direct Access.
The applications can be accessed remotely online via a web browser on personal devices.

Staff: Online Help and Support Student: Online Help and Support OneDrive is a Microsoft cloud service (part of Office 365) which provides storage for your individual files and is accessible on and off campus. Copying your files will mean you are able to access them remotely and if needed, from home. |

QM SharePoint url will be forwarded after training or when it is requested - Training will be provided on how to access both. Face to Face training is being rolled out – All the training workbooks and other knowledge resources(FAQ’s, User Guides, Wiki) are/will be available on the SharePoint home page. All who are invited to the SharePoint sites will have access. |

Currently, all QM staff, but there is a requirement to give access to external examiners during the exam boards and students access to their engagement data, in the near future. Power BI dashboards are developed and maintained by different teams – currently, IT Services, Planning Office, HR, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Estates and Careers, and each team is responsible for providing documentation and instructions. Some team’s dashboards are still in BETA testing, so have not been released. Please see what is currently available here. |
