MiCollab Visual Voicemail – Quick Reference Guide

When you first launch MiCollab, you’ll be greeted with your home screen. Click on the voicemail option in the left hand menu.
On first use, you’ll be asked to enter your voicemail PIN. Please enter your PIN.
You’ll now be logged into your mailbox.
When you have a new voicemail, the Voicemail menu option will show a red dot notification with the number of new messages you have.
Click on the message. You’ll be presented with 3 options. Play, Delete and Callback. Press Play to listen to the message through your PC speakers / headset. Press delete to delete the message. Press callback to initiate a call to the number that left the message.
