The School of International Arbitration organises it’s yearly series of Co-Curricular Seminars, touching upon practical issues and hot topics in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration.
Dr Beata Gessel (Founding and Senior Partner, GESSEL) was the key speaker of this seminar on the topic of application of the substantive law in international commercial arbitration – limits and challenges for the arbitrators’ discretion.
Dr Gessel was joined by Steven Finizio (Partner, Wilmerhale).
