Professor Eric Heinze writes article on Human Rights in the Media conference

Professor Eric Heinze, in collaboration with the Media Diversity Institue (MDI), has written a brief article covering some of the points of last month's Liverpool conference on Human Rights in the Media, at which he was invited as a speaker.
The article is particularly relevant in view of Prime Minister David Cameron's recent pledge to scrap the Human Rights Act in favour of a new British Bill of Rights.
