Professor Eric Heinze appeared on the GB News programme to discuss how the Labour Party's proposal for a new Racial Equality Act could play a helpful role.

He said: “You can have laws which fosters programmes simply to promote investment in certain neighbourhoods and certain areas and to promote businesses. A law doesn't necessarily mean that somebody goes to prison. There are many things that laws can do to facilitate learning, to promote, to reaffirm value."
