Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law and Jean Monnet Chair holder at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was invited to give a talk on “Transition towards decarbonisation: A legal and policy exploration of the European Union,” Keynote Speaker, Climate change and energy security in South East Europe [PDF 249KB], Opatija, Croatia, 26-28 October 2016.
He also served as panel chair on “Climate change and renewable energy” in the same conference.
