Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law and Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was the keynote speaker on the following topic:“The European Energy Union,” at the 5th Annual Energy Transitions conference, University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland, 9-10 March 2017.
Professor Leal-Arcas also served as a chair on panel discussing International Energy Law and Energy Disputes,” Panel Chair in the same conference.
