Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) presents his research titled “Smart grids in the EU: Assessing Energy Security, Regulation & Social and Ethical Considerations.”
