Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), has been invited to speak at the 7th Vienna Forum on European Energy Law in Austria, which will take place on 19-20 September 2019.
The invitation is to speak on the topic 'The Commission’s new role: enforcer or moderator?' The topic forms part of the 'Session II: Beyond public policy: Private enforcement of environmental and climate law.'
