Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair holder in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London, has been selected to participate in the United Nations Summer Academy 2020. His participation will be possible thanks to a scholarship from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
