Professor Neve Gordon has written an opinion piece for The Spectator about the ICC's extraordinary move to put out arrest warrants for the Israeli Prime Minister.

Karim Khan, Chief Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, has applied for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes committed during Israel’s war on Gaza.
Mr Khan is also seeking warrants for three leaders of the Palestinian group Hamas over their role in the alleged war crimes committed during the October 7 attacks on southern Israel.
In an opinion piece for The Spectator, Neve Gordon, Professor of International Law and Human Rights at Queen Mary said: “These warrants are significant not only because they aim to bring Netanyahu and Gallant to justice, but also because I can now tell my students that the court has begun addressing its historical bias.”
