Second, it offers students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of the learning strategies required at postgraduate study. Lastly, it aspires to guide and assist students through the different stages of the writing process of their essays and dissertations.

Time Management Session

We all know that time keeps ticking without stopping. If we know how to use time properly and make the most out of what we have, we should not encounter any problems. Come and join the session to explore ways to managing commitments.

Become a Course Rep

Course Reps represent the interests of student within their cohort. In practice, this means that Course Reps act as a liaison between staff and students. Course Reps collect feedback – formal and informal – from the students in their cohort, and the Reps feed this back to the relevant staff members.

Careers event

This event will introduce you to the PG Law Careers team, providing an overview of the specialist career support, events and opportunities made available to postgraduate law students throughout the year.

The session will explain how our PG Law Careers team can assist you with your career planning and it will outline the full programme of employer events, seminars and workshops designed to support employability.
