Profile

Christina joined Queen Mary in September 2011. She teaches Law 4104: Contract Law I, Formation and Vitiation, and Law 4105: Contract Law II, Terms, Breach and Remedies and Law 6028: Commercial and Consumer Law. Previously, she was a Lecturer at The City Law School.

Christina practiced law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for seven years prior to entering academic life. She has experience in significant corporate transactions, including private equity transactions, Regulation S/Rule 144A equity offerings, project financings and internal corporate investigations. She is admitted to practice in New York State as well as in England and Wales. Christina’s research interests include good faith in contract law, accent bias in the legal profession, comparative contract law, legal education, and comparative banking regulation in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
