HOW DOES ENDNOTE WORK?

  • When managing your bibliographic data with EndNote, you can automatically capture references directly from a range of resources such as Web of Knowledge, Project Muse or Google Scholar.
  • References can also be captured from library catalogues including the British Library.
  • With some databases, such as PubMed, you must save your search results to a text file and then import to EndNote.
  • When you can’t capture references automatically, you can enter them manually. This is usually the case for web pages and chapters in books.
