Location of chat button on FAQ webpage

QMUL Library Services has launched a web chat, providing additional ways for you to get help and support. The web chat service will initially be available Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 14:00. We also have a new FAQ site to help you quickly find answers to your library and academic skills related queries, 24/7.

You can access the web chat and FAQs from our Library Services ‘LibAnswers’ webpage. Open chat by selecting the 'Chat With Us' button on the side of the page.
