Requesting book scanning
Before requesting book scanning please ensure you have checked the following for an accessible copy:
- QMPlus: if the content is inaccessible, you could use SensusAccess or features within Blackboard Ally to convert content to a more accessible/preferred format
- Check for an e-book version on Library Search
- Reading Lists Online
- Senate House Library
- Inter-Library Loans
- RNIB Bookshare
- Online repositories, such as Project Gutenberg might contain accessible versions of the content which you require. However, you must always check the terms of use on the website to ensure that the resource is free of copyright in the location where you are accessing it.
