Location: Queen Mary University London – Malta Campus
Job Type: Ad-hoc, throughout the year
Salary: Competitive hourly rate of €10 per hour 

We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented individuals to join our pool of Examination Invigilators. As an invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of medical school exams, supporting students in an environment of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising students during exams to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
  • Preparing the examination room.
  • Monitoring students for any irregularities and addressing any issues in accordance with guidelines.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as attendance records and reporting incidents.
  • Ensuring that examination conditions meet the required standards.
    Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Previous invigilation experience is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.

Work Schedule: This is an ad-hoc role, with work available sporadically throughout the academic year. Flexibility is required as exams take place during the weekdays. The examinations will take place throughout the year, mainly (but not only) in the months of March, May, June, July & August.
