The Financial System offers a unique analysis of the risks faced by investors and savers, governments and companies interacting through financial markets, as well as strategies that can be adopted for controlling and managing risks. The special emphasis is put on new areas of operations in financial markets and their characteristics, and how the participants in these markets manage risks and maximize their perceived utility.
