This module is intended for students studying BSc Psychology (C800) and its variants. This module introduces you to qualitative research methods in Psychology. You will understand and critically appraise the different qualitative research methods commonly used in psychology research and understand issues critical to research design and analysis such as data collection protocols, sampling, and researcher positionality. Through interactive lectures and practical sessions, you will learn how to select the best data collection protocol from a range of methods to answer a research question.
