Our Music societies

QM Music Society (Mile End)

QM Music Society is based at the Mile End campus. It was formed as a student run addition to the University's overall Music Provision. The society's aims are:

  • To create a platform for musical performance for and by students, staff and alumni.
  • To provide members with suitable musical facilities.
  • To organise musical events in and around the university as well as further afield.

Barts and The London Music Society

BL Music Soc is for all Barts and The London students and related staff interested in music, whether they are practiced virtuosos, first time singers or audience members. They have an active Choir, Orchestra and A Cappella group which welcome musicians of all abilities, as well as many keen soloists and bands. Throughout the year they organise concerts (Freshers, Christmas and Barts Arts) and participate in external events to showcase the full range of Barts musical talent.

Music Societies offer innumerable social events, and they frequently work together.
