Exploring science and music with cellist Robert Max, Professors Frances Balkwill and Victoria Sanz-Moreno and Queen Mary's Director of Music, Paul Max Edlin. This film focuses on human and musical cells and how they have similar qualities. It features the music of J.S. Bach, specifically his Cello Suite No.2 in D minor, BWV 1008, which is performed in full. Devised and Produced by Frances Balkwill and Paul Max Edlin, MuSci is a collaboration between Music at Queen Mary and Centre of the Cell. The film was made by Pocket Blockbuster and was edited by QM alumnus Mitchell Harris.
