Join fellow death-professionals at Barts Pathology Museum in London for this special event. Ann Pasternak Slater will discuss Waugh's humorous book "The Loved One" about a pet-cremating aspiring poet who meets a cosmetologist/trainee embalmer in 1940s Hollywood. Then, BIE registered embalmer Kevin Sinclair (the real Mr Joyboy!) will tell us whether or not the procedures in the book are true to life. If you work in the medical industry or are a student you can purchase a ticket which will enable you to see the second floor of the museum.
