Time: 9:30am - 4:45pm Venue: Mile End Campus
Students and staff from schools have been invited to the School’s specially-designed Politics and International Relations Taster Days at Mile End Campus on Thursday 27 June 2013 and Friday 28 June 2013. These will be of especial interest to lower sixth formers who are thinking of reading Politics and International Relations in London.
Each Taster Day will begin with an introduction explaining what the School offers and what reading either Politics or International Relations entails, and the day ends with a session on UCAS Personal Statements something which lower sixth formers will be thinking about as they prepare to fill in their UCAS forms. In between these two sessions sixth formers will attend a university style lecture and two seminars. They will meet some of our undergraduates who will take them on a tour of the campus and lunch will be provided. Tutors are welcome to attend to observe and offer feedback to us.
