Dr Laleh Khalili was interviewed by BBC News 24 on the conditions for Palestinian workers as thousands have returned home to the West Bank. She says: "The provision of services actually makes the situation a lot worse for Palestinians. It is a kind of horrifying thing to see, that people are forced to cross the border knowing certainly that they are much more exposed to illness should they have to go to work."
