Our cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is detailed below. Please read this carefully.

If you:

• do not provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice that you wish to reschedule your appointment
• attempt to reschedule your appointment a second time
• do not attend your appointment or
• are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment

We will not be able to offer you another appointment in the future and your case file will be closed. Discretion will be used where appropriate.

This is due to the high demand for our services. We are only able to help a small number of clients and therefore missed appointments are a lost opportunity for another person in need of free legal advice. The lawyers and the students give their expertise and time on a voluntary basis, free of charge and spend time prior to the interview preparing. A missed appointment is a waste of their time and our resources.
