Tang Summary of research: Internet intermediaries or online service providers are key players worldwide, especially in Europe, in terms of copyright infringement and protection. However, the debate around how intermediaries play a role in this matter is unclear, which causes trouble across all European countries in understanding who internet intermediaries are. This unclear vision of understanding the intermediary is challenging EU legislation, and The Court of Justice of the European Union in dealing with the intermediary, which started to regulate it with the Electric Commerce Directive called the “Safe Harbour” regime AND continue Article 17, which has been adopted and take place on 2019. I will research the implementation of Article 17 on intermediary liability across the EU. Biography: I have completed my Bachelor Degree in Law from Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, in 2016Also I am completed my Master of Laws (LLM) at Wake Forest University, United States of America, with specialisation in business law. I am recershing in the area of copyright law as Ph.D. candidet at QMUL. I work as a teaching Lectuer at Jazan University. I planned courses, taught tutorial classes, and assisted the professor during lectures. I also worked as a workshop facilitator, in which I developed workshop plans and supervised seminars. Work Experience: Teaching Assistant at Jizan University 2017 till date. I taught many subjects such as the provisions of commitment, the theory of commitment, commercial papers and bankruptcy, the Saudi judicial system, principles of law, the research project, criminal procedures and practical training.
