Summary of research

Tianyuan is a PhD candidate based in the Centre for Commercial Law Studies. Her specialised area of research is in intellectual property value, law and governance. She is diligently supervised by Professor Spyros Maniatis and Dr Guan H Tang. She holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM (Distinction) from the University of Bristol. During her PhD, she has managed and presented the CCLS Commercial Law in China Series, the IP and Brexit Series with the PGLS as well as lectured on Business Law, English Contract Law and Torts with Queen Mary. She is well attuned of nuances of IP and business law in China, US and the EU and is particularly interested in researches and practical works on IP, business law and CSR from a comparative angle.
