Anna leads the Researcher Development team within the Queen Mary Academy, which provides strategic, developmental programmes, advice and bespoke support for the development and enhancement of researcher development across the University.
Anna is the lead for the development and delivery of the following services offered by the Researcher Development team within the Queen Mary Academy:
- Research Student Development Programme
- Research Staff Development Programme
- Academic Staff Research Development Programme
- Bespoke Researcher Development Programmes
- Surveys: CROS, PRES, PIRLS
- Support for Doctoral College
