Senior Clinical Lecturer in Clinical and Professional Skills
Project Blurb
This project aims to explore ways to embed employability and graduate attributes into the curriculum, with my particular focus being on integrating reflective practice and career management skills. The initiative involves developing an Employability Framework that emphasies these key competencies. It also ensures that real-world experiences, which provide opportunities for reflection and career skill development, are embedded in all programmes. This integration will be achieved through the Principles of Programme Design and ongoing programme review and enhancement processes, ensuring that students consistently engage with reflective practices and career management throughout their academic journey.
