Lilian will be working with the Queen Mary Academy as a Fellow from September 2023. She will be working on “Learning by doing” and student skills enhancement practice initiatives.
Lilian joined Queen Mary University in October 2019 and is currently a senior lecturer in Non-profit Management at the School of Business and Management. Prior to this, she taught at the Development Planning Unit (DPU) at University College London (UCL). She also taught on modules such as ‘Organisational Management Advanced’ at UCL, The Bartlett School of Planning, Construction and Project Management.
Lilian is currently the academic lead, undergraduate year in industry (YII) programmes and is passionate and focused on student skills enhancement practice initiatives.
Lilian’s scholarship interests are in critical management pedagogy, students’ skills enhancement, incorporating ‘practice’ in student education and educational approaches that foster student employability and lifelong learning.
