It has been a great privilege to work alongside and get to know the QMA teaching recognition team. Over the years I have both received support for application both for PFHEA and NTF as well as offered mentorship to clinical educators working in my team or in the community with our medical students. I have also served regularly on the panel reviewing applications and been part of the SEED award team. I value the scholarship that is encouraged through this work, the attention to pedagogy, reflection on practice and engagement with the literature.
