In my second year of BSc Accounting FS, I noticed a lack of support for students preparing for ICAEW Chartered Accounting exams, especially those needing to resit or requiring extra help with challenging content. To address this, I co-founded a peer-led learning group aimed at building confidence and providing tailored support through bespoke worksheets, revision templates, and mock feedback sessions. I collaborated closely with faculty members to ensure relevance and academic integrity. By offering open forums and personalized summer support sessions, all participants passed their resits. This experience taught me valuable leadership and collaboration skills while empowering student success.
