Ka Ming Li, School of Business and Management

I co-created educational development through peer-led business analytics learning in an innovative educational partnership with Dr Xue Zhou in BUS 265 Working with Business Data. Through bi-weekly workshops, I facilitated Excel-based analytics sessions for students, covering forecasting, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and data visualisation. The programme demonstrated measurable impact through enhanced student technical capabilities and confidence, evidenced by participant feedback. This experience developed my educational facilitation skills while deepening my understanding of business analytics concepts. The initiative successfully fostered a supportive learning environment that bridged theoretical knowledge and practical application for participating students.
