I worked as a Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) leader for BUS267 Working with Business Data, assisting Year 2 students in understanding the module. Although there were some challenges like language barriers, I refined my teaching methods and developed strong communication, leadership, and qualitative research skills. Furthermore, I conducted an interview and surveys for both PLTL leaders and Year 2 students to improve future PLTL sessions. My experience in managing sessions, collecting feedback, and analysing responses deepened my understanding of effective teaching, student support and data analysis, making the role both a challenge and a rewarding learning opportunity.
