Registry Services

Contact Directory

Registry Services is a large department and as such it may be tough to know the right contact. The page below will assist in making sure you have the right contact for your issue.

Overview

There are many teams that come under Registry Services, each responsible for different processes. Therefore, it can be hard to know the best person to contact for your particular issue. This page will try to show you which teams are responsible for which areas, and the applicable contact details for them to make sure we can assist you as efficiently as possible. If you are still unsure of who might be best to contact, you can see the links at the bottom of this page for our frontline services who can advise further.

Please be aware that Registry Services is only able to assist current students and graduates, and as such, the following page will not detail contacts for Admissions or Alumni teams respectively. Associate students should contact the relevant team within Global Opportunities in the first instance.

Contact information

The tabs below lay out the contactable teams within Registry Services for you, with an overview of what they are responsible for and how to get in touch with them. If you cannot find the team you are looking for, they may not be student facing, in which case you may contact your relevant frontline service for your level of study who may be able to advise on the appropriate next steps. The Student Enquiry Centre may act as the front face of certain Registry Services, in which case you are welcome to speak to us at your convenience so we can advise on next steps where possible.
