Learn more about AskQM

The Student Enquiry Centre is now the AskQM Frontline Enquiry Team. As well as supporting students online via the new student enquiry management system, AskQM, we also provide an in-person and telephone service to our students.

With the introduction of the AskQM student enquiry system in April 2025, we are the first line of support for students raising using AskQM. For IT Support, for example access issues, please contact IT Services for assistance.

Plus, we will be opening more sites at our London campuses over the next few months to make it easier for you to visit us if you need support!

To learn more about AskQM and how you can use it to find out answers to your questions fast, please see our AskQM information page

Correspondence via AskQM

For the attention of third parties inclusive of institutions and document recipients. Please note that digital documentation orders will be provided from the address reply@ask.qmul.ac.uk, as our previous address (studentenquiry@qmul.ac.uk) has been decommissioned. Documents provided by the address reply@ask.qmul.ac.uk are authentic and have been produced by Registry Services, Queen Mary University of London. Please be aware that verification of awards and documentation is still managed via the Hedd Portal and instructions on how to log these requests are detailed on our Hedd Portal Webpage.

The AskQM Frontline Enquiry Response Team will do their best to assist with any queries students have and will resolve these where possible. If your query does not fall within the remit of what we can assist with, we will triage and provide relevant contact information for alternative Queen Mary departments that are better placed to support you with enquiry resolution.

Please note that we expect all students making use of our frontline services to comply with the Code of Student Discipline as found on the Directorate of Governance and Legal Services policy page. Failure to abide by this code of conduct may result in the withdrawal of service and be met with an appropriate penalty as detailed in the policy.
