Covering areas such as where to find your personal details and what we hold on record for you, where to find your documentation, as well as arrangements for your official exams with us.

Please note, Research Degree Students have their own webpages referencing the appropriate information and protocols on their studies, records and progression. These can be found by selecting 'Research Degrees' in the Navigation Bar above.

Each webpages you find with us should have the applicable teams contact information to ensure we can assist as efficiently as possible. If you are unsure if your query fits with a particular area of how responsibilities, please review our available teams in the Registry Services' Contact Directory

Additionally, if you would feel more comfortable speaking about your query in person, you can see our Frontline Service webpages to see how we can be visited. Please note, Frontline staff may not have specialist knowledge in areas such as Immigration or Record changes but may be able to advise or signpost to the relevant contacts for you. 

Advice and Counselling Service

If you require more specialist advice and support, our Advice and Counselling Service can advise on immigration, change of circumstances and available support options.
