Interim Transcript

Registry Services is able to provide an interim transcript for you if proof of results are required outside of an official results release, please also see our page on your HEAR (Diploma Supplement).

An Interim Transcript is a document provided outside of our standard official results releases. These documents can be requests from the Student Enquiry Centre but please note this document is only available at specific times of year and cannot be given during period where results may be logged once conferred by your Academic Department.

The Student Enquiry Centre may be able to send this to a third party on your behalf as long as expressed consent is given to do with with any applicable contact information of the recipient, please note we will not respond to requests for interim transcripts or confirmations of attendance from a third party without your consent and any requests for verifications must go through our standard process for Degree Verifications.

An interim transcript will list all completed modules and their overall grades, this can be produced at the end of every academic year when results are confirmed.

We cannot produce interim transcripts for semester-based exam results as these results are provisional until confirmed at the exam boards.

If you have only completed a semester of the academic year and need a document to prove registration on your current modules you can request a module letter. A module letter lists the modules you are registered on in the current academic year and the credits they are worth, you can request this document by contacting the Student Enquiry Centre.

Your HEAR and an interim transcript reflect results at the same time, your HEAR will be updated once results are confirmed at the end of the academic year, please note if you are eligible for a HEAR this can be used as an interim transcript.

More information on your HEAR can be found on the FAQ's page.
