Queen Mary University of London work with Gradintelligence (also referred to as Gradintel) to provide you with your official Student Status Letter upon the start of your first year and your HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report) after the end of your first year (if on an eligible programme).
For new students, we will register you with a Gradintelligence account within 24 hours of your full enrolment* and we ask that you activate your account as soon as possible as you will have access to your Student Status Letter upon activation. Full instructions on how to activate your Gradintelligence account to access your Student Status Letter and/or HEAR are available.
Please note that completion of the online enrolment task does not mean you are fully enrolled. Queen Mary are required to check the details and documents you submit during the online enrolment task before you are fully enrolled. Once enrolment is finalised you will get an email with the subject line 'Enrolment at Queen Mary' and the first line of the email is 'Congratulations on completing the enrolment process. You are now fully enrolled'.
Details that appear on these documents are pulled from your official record at Queen Mary, and as such, cannot be edited on an adhoc basis. If you believe details on your documents are incorrect, such as times of study or a result on your HEAR, please contact the student records team for more information.
We have a dedicated webpage for staff with instructions on the processes you may encounter with Gradintelligence, covering recognised activities and University/ Academic School/ Institute prizes which can be recorded in section 6.1 of the Higher Education Achievement called QMExtras. This page includes a Frequently Asked Questions section for more detailed explanations of varying processes and troubleshooting activities.
