During your studies with us, you will periodically have documents uploaded for you onto your Gradintelligence platform. Initially, you will have your Student Status Letter, which functions as proof of enrolment and your course details, and from here have more added as you achieve. In addition to this, we provide you with your HEAR Diploma Supplement, Module Registration Letter and Digital Degree Certificate during your time with us.

If you have queries regarding your documents on Gradintelligence, you can speak to the Student Enquiry Centre in the first instance who can assist or if unable to, can escalate your query to the relevant team within Registry Services for you. In most cases, documents can be uploaded either by the Student Records team or via the Student Enquiry Centre. Please ensure you are eligible for the documents you require via the relevant webpages linked above.
