Students prepare & lead skills sessions for their peers and enhance own professionalism & graduate attributes incl. communication, leadership, teamwork, creativity, applied expertise, self-value, training & organisation skills.

Criteria:

1: Leaders attend an information workshop (x2 hours)

2: Leaders attend co-creation design sessions led by the proposer and the SU to help them prepare the materials for two Skills Sessions (each Leader will prepare, and design two skills sessions focused on skillsets of their choice which will be attended by fellow students as part of the Students' Union employability programme; each Skills Session will last x2 hours; hence proposed to spend x8 hours on the design of the sessions)

3: Leaders lead and deliver two interactive Skills Sessions (x4 hours in total)

4: Leaders attend a post-scheme reflection workshop (x2 hours)

5: Leaders submit a reflective piece using a provided template.

Leaders will engage with 16 hours of activities in total and will be eligible to apply for the QM Academy SEED Award.
