Claredale House is perfect for continuing undergraduate and postgraduate students. The building is located in vibrant Bethnal Green.

Claredale has 59 flats each with 2-7 bedrooms. The overwhelming majority of the flats have 4 bedrooms. The 4-storey building overlooks an internal courtyard with lockable front gates. Please note there are no lifts.

Each room has broadband, is centrally heated, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, chair and shelving and has lockable doors.

Each flat has a shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities.

Flats are all-male, all-female and mixed and some are for mature/postgraduate students.

The building is managed by on-site residential staff who are available should there be an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Claredale House is located near supermarkets and trendy cafes/ coffee shops.

Weekly rate: £184 - £196 inclusive of bills, insurance and broadband and wifi.

39 week contract - 13 September 2025 to 13 June 2026 (continuing undergraduate and postgraduates).
50 week contract - 13 September 2025 to 29 August 2026 (postgraduates).
